PFAS

Per- and polyfluoralkyl substances, known as PFAS, increasingly have become a concern for drinking water contamination. The contamination commonly is sourced from firefighting foam, or used in the production of non-stick cookware and adhesives. As PFAS increasingly are discovered in drinking water across the nation, water treatment experts are meeting the contaminant with innovation and maintaining communication with concerned consumers. More information and developing news on PFAS and other emerging contaminants can be found on this page.
